Might as well post one of my own here. Back in 2021 a couple of my friends and me went out to explore an abandoned mall, I was and still am really in to urban exploration, and it was really cool seeing everything left behind. While we were near the indoor playground I heard a noise coming from one of the stores, it sounded like a loud banging noise. My friends heard it too, so we decided it was best to go investigate (terrible decision making here.) When we went over to the source of the sound it was just a fucking raccoon.

It's not exactly a scary story, but I was playing a game when I decided to go into the kitchen to make some tea. When I returned, I heard various cricket sounds and thought there might be some under my furniture. I spent 40 minutes trying to locate the crickets, only to realize that the sounds were actually part of the game's ambient noise of the game. I wasn't even angry, just sad at myself

I wasn't sure if I should tell this or not but you some how encouraged me to do so. A few months ago I was on a walk after work and noticed, when I was on my way home I am getting followed by a group. I got scared and increased my pace so did they. Luckily there was a small convenience store I could seek shelter in. I called my best friend and he picked me up and drove me home. That was the scariest shit I've ever been through in my live 😭

Recently I totaled my car in a crash! I was somehow left somewhat unscathed, with onlt a few cuts and a cracked rib, but it was still a terrifying experience. Rest assured, I'm going to be a much more vigilant driver from now on.

recently.i also got in a bike accident at night.i was stopped to let an electric rickshaw pass through and the bastard sped up,no headlights and rammed into me..i flew from my bike and the nearby people helped me.the rickshaw driver ran away bfore anything could happen.it's been a month. and i have lost lotta confidence in driving bike.(my friends used to call me an old gramps for how safely i used to drive bfore this shit)

sadly,no cctv's too dark to notice anything and e rickshaws here drive like they own the roads(dont have license or experience half the time,not old enough to drive,and are 90% the reason of road fights and accidents here)

I sincerely feel for you. I understand how unpleasant and even scary that can be. I’ve had some experiences in my life that were traumatic as well — some of them fairly recently.
