Here is the recipe for the ultimate mashed potatoes: you need to fry the onions, fry small cracklings, fry finely chopped wild mushrooms (naturally, having cooked them before) champignons will not work, throw them in the trash if you bought them. Then add all this to the mashed potatoes.
You can't make a more perfect mashed potatos.
This is not a detailed recipe, of course you need spices, etc., etc., but I think you get the gist.
