Their lives are terrible but theyre odd little creatures

I like birds. Mourning dove is cool, makes that nostalgic noise. There’s also a species I see often but will not name 

A simple Barred Owl for a simple person.

this is the kakapo, one of the dumbest birds on the planet. if I had to pick one for me it’s for sure this one.
 

I don’t really have a connection to this bird, I just like it for how poorly it chooses nests. I’ll have to go with the Charadrius Vociferus.
