Chronicles of my love life.

Sorry for taking so long, this was not my intention.

To cut things short, we went on a few more dates.

The aforementioned lunch date, and then we went to a Christmas market the week after.

And while we did enjoy eachother's company, and get along really well. Neither of us was feeling any kind of romantic attraction towards the other. Which you would at least expect to feel even just slightly after going out together 4 times.

We might meet up again in the future as friends, we might not. I do not know. All I know is that, as far as I'm concerned, we left on good terms.

Maybe this is karmic justice for how I ended things with the SEA girl, something that I arguably do deserve.

Whatever happens from here, I'll keep you guys and gals posted. And in a more reasonable timeframe this time, hopefully.

Hello gentlemen.
I wanted to make this post earlier, but life got in the way.
Tuesday went well.
To summarise:
The forest we'd agreed to meet at is one that I'm partially familiar with from a schooltrip long ago, and I picked it because it's roughly in the middle between where both of us live respectively.
At noon we were texting as usual and she asked about the weather, so I checked, and it said it was going to be dry that night, which I promptly told her about.
Nighttime comes around and I'm making my way over but running 10 minutes late due to awful traffic and roadworks I wasn't aware of. All the while she's texting me asking me why I'm taking so long. So I finally arrive and to my horror, she isn't there. Luckily, as it turns out it was just a misunderstanding and she swiftly came over. What had happened was, this forest has its own parking lot for visitors, but by virtue of it being a parking lot, it doesn't have an address. So I gave her the adress of the building next to the parking lot, but she had interpreted it in such a way that we would meet on the parking lot of said building.
With that we met up and started our walk.
Not even a quarter mile in it started raining, and her jacket didn't have a hood. Luckily I am a somewhat messy person so I happened to have an umbrella in my car, which I ran back for.
Then about an hour in, one of the flashlights I'd brought died, thankfully the second held out until the end. Although we kept it on low from then on to play it safe.
All in all we walked about 6 miles, in a little over 2 hours.
And when we got back to the cars we spent almost another hour just chatting about stuff before saying our goodbyes.
And we also went out for lunch on Sunday, but that's for my next post.

From here on out I'll be using this thread instead of general to post about my escapades.
