hot take, but I genuinely think Trump Derangement Syndrome is real. To test this, try to name at least ONE good policy or executive order Trump has done. If you cannot, you got TDS.
Yeah, Trump has done a lot of bad things and he's an asshole, and there are so many things he's doing wrong or should have done better, but he is nowhere NEAR the fascist people claim he is. Calling him a fascist is an insult to people who had to survive under ACTUAL fascism.

TDS is actually the other way around. "Derangement Syndrome" implys that a person is emotionally/actionably obsessed with something to the point it disturbs their ability to function mentally.
Between the two sides, the people who put Trump before their: family, faith, morals and finances are the ones who have TDS.

Any form of respect for you that has grown in the last month or two is dead.
A powerful man attempts to (and partially succeeds in) taking a long list of powers he DOES NOT legally hold, has supported a minor insurrection after losing a political race, is outsourcing the military AND poorly trained-masked-armed-extremist civilians to attack a minority in order to garner support from said extremists. He has also stated that he would like to take the powers of a dictator if possible, and has deflected any problems with him personally and with his administration by both denying any problems such as raising prices and by using war to distract the population.
Tldr: He's the definition of a fascist leader.
