Santa as a dwarf on 14 is unironically giving me D&D campaign ideas, with a dwarf of some magical class, (probably Cleric) using Zone of Truth to determine if someone is, "Naughty or Nice". Giving the subject of the test rewards if they pass, and some form of punishment if they fail. Could work great for a moral compass check for my PCs. I try to avoid most references of this type in my "serious" campaigns, but I feel like it could work, given sufficient work, some setup and backstory for them, a point to their existence. And if that's too hard to make work, they'll work just fine stripped of the Santa branding
