Actually, without having watched the video myself. See, as a protogen in the fandom, I do know a thing or two about these lovable rust-buckets. See, protogens have their vizor, yes, spelled with a 'z', I don't know why though or I just spell it that way, but only for proto visors. Anyway, their visor consists of these little technological bits called nanites. Nanites quickly repair a protogen's vizor when it gets hit and cracked or otherwise damaged, to prevent sickness or even death to the protogen, because they always need pure oxygen (not literally, just in a sense of clean). These nanites also allow the protogen to open its 'mouth' to eat or to do other things. While a Primagen can open its 'mouth' it cannot dematerialize it's vizor, while a protogen can, this is called a 'open' or 'closed' visor.
