I'm not going to lie and say "everything will work out", because nothing will happen by itself. But you have all of these people for you, and they want to help you. Things CAN get better, I promise you this. You just need to let them help you.

Saying the obvious will not help. Some people are not able to overcome their self made reality because they are too scared of consequences being not in their favour. Thats why they take the easy route, get pills be sedated most your life, you don't have to live in this world but don't need to overcome the fear of death.
