Definitely gonna have to agree with you on that. Maybe the big revelation with tails could've been that he no longer feels important and thus was trying to fill that sense of importance with his work, over working himself in the process. Maybe starting a family could've been the thing that would of given him that sense of importance, something that she could help with. Thus leading much more naturally to the sex. That's just my opinion though.
I genuinely love this change, if the story got more time to develop it woulda gotten a 10/10 but the dolls ruined it.
