I have already done it but as it turns out this heaven was imperfect. I started slowly changing the timeline by constantly resetting the universe making small changes. Sometimes it makes big changes like there onyl being 1 moon. Other times it only causes small changes like certain books not existing. I have no idea if lord Dio would aprove of this but it is my mission to create the perfect heaven now.
