I assume you're talking about the fact that she can create creatures like Marshmallow and Olaf in seconds, without even realizing it. This wouldn't work for several reasons.
1. This was set before she knew she was able to create life, or really anything other than a couple sculptures and a pile of snow. She's still wearing regular, warm clothing.
2. If a random prince like Hans can kill a monster she summoned (Marshmallow) with only a regular sword, there's no doubt THE LICH KING ARTHAS HIMSELF can kill an ice monster like that.
