I'm not a Star Wars fan, so I can't say I know anything about Ms. Tano's age. That being said, loli is loli; and even if they are aging down Asoka for this comic, I still don't approve of it.
That being said, the art really does nothing to make Asoka seem under 18, so without the text it's perfectly tame. The art is good, but nothing to write home about. Same goes for writing.
