well the art is quite high quality, also different artists have different efficiency levels, not only that, school and work also plays a factor
also do you not know that art is a very long process? thats why animated films usually take 3+ years to come out

I too love genocide. I had a good run back in the 40’s, but genocide’s gotten harder to pull of in my last few reincarnations
