ok so, a little expanation, the source for this was lilly the witch, which was animated in germany with the titel hexe lilli. those designs used in this comic seem to be inspired by those used in the animated series, which was, if im right, only broadcasted in germany. so this means the maker of this comic must be german, or aleast had to be once in germany. this is just a disappointment to the german reich
