Yeah that part was a bitch, you basically have to sprint directly into the small room with all the lockers the second you gain control, and if you sprint directly there, grab the card, and sprint back, you'll have just enough time and just enough stamina to get back to where chiku can't see you and you'll be able to get into the next room. Timing is a little tight but as long as you run as soon as you gain control and know where to go you should be able to get it
