As Link returns to the Gerudo Fortress to claim his reward from Nabooru, he is surprised to find out, his reward isn’t quite what he expected. After satisfying Nabooru, Link is made the King of the Gerudo race, and his first duty is to impregnate every Gerudo, in order to keep the population thriving.
