I had to reread the comic from the start for this to seemingly make sense, she saw the picture in like page 3 and didn't consider it to he sexual even though it's practically a nude photo, somehow she didn't realize she may look like Sally either, or that her son was getting to that age? Talk about a massive backfire... I love this comic, it just comes out too slowly.
I think it is a matter of trying to raise Tails as seeing nudity as non-sexual. I think that was Rosemary's attempt at least. But since it is porn, obviously they have to give every character seemingly perfect body proportions like a porn star who got a lot of plastic surgery done successfully. Definetely a dumb move on Rosemary's part.
